- 1 / 5By John WCalled ahead and arrived at 11:45 the time we reserved. Seated 45 minutes late. Asked the manager why another large group without a reservation was seated just before we arrived and she said the call ahead is not a reservation. When i asked her to explain what a call ahead is she asked "do i need to go get my husband to explain". Really...will he be able to explain 15 people getting in trouble for taking a 2 hot lunch.
