Employees chitchatting with each other rather than greeting you or even making an effort to let you know that they will be with you shortly to take your order. When you do finally get to make your order it's always straight to the point without a smile or care for the customer. Get's the job done, but not the greatest vibe, especially for a coffee shop.August 21, 2016
